Our retreats are designed to promote spiritual growth and transformation of old patterns. We recommend at least a seven-day retreat to give you the best results. The retreats are limited to a small number of participants (2-4 persons at a time), so you can enjoy the silence and serenity of this magical place, as well as the peace and presence of your being.

Typical 7-day retreat package may include:

• Morning meditation and exercise program with options of: Running/wakling on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, yoga, dynamic meditation, kundalini meditation or other
• 2-3 Clarity Breathwork Sessions
• 2-3 massage/bodywork sessions

*Retreats may be scheduled for any amount of time between 3 and 14 days. Rates will be adjusted proportionately.

We accept credit cards, personal checks and money orders. We require a full or 50% payment at the time of reservation, with the remainder to be paid upon check-in.

Ashanna has been involved in the healing arts for the past 20 years supporting the process of transformation, healing and creative expression in numerous groups and individuals. She is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer, Reiki Master, Teacher of the Awakening Your Light Body Training, Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Counselor. With studies from New York University and California Institute of Integral Studies, Ashanna has a passion for supporting others in their deepest embodiment of truth and creative healing expression.
